The 5th Annual “4 U Matt” Golf Outing
The Fifth Annual “4 U Matt” Golf Outing will be
held Saturday, August 1st at The Legacy by Arthur
Hills. The 4-U-Matt foundation was created in
memory of Matthew Jacobs and is committed to
raising money to financially help families who have
a child battling a serious illness.
Registration begins at 11:30 AMwith a Shotgun Start
at 1:00 PM. Dinner will follow the golf at 6:30 PM.
$80.00 per person ($320/4-man team) includes 18
holes, cart, range balls, dinner and 2 Fantasy Golf
Cards.
