FedEx Cup

Playoffs Signal

End to 2016

Once the Olympic golf event

is concluded in Rio de Janeiro,

Brazil, on August 14, the

at one of the most difficult and

demanding A.W. Tillinghast

designs, Bethpage Black. Only

100 players will qualify for the

next stop, the Deutsche Bank

Championship held at TPC

Boston, which allows New

Englandareagolf fans achance

to see the pros in action. The

After the BMWChampionship

the field will be limited to

just 30 players invited to

East Lake Country Club in

Atlanta for the season-ending

Tour Championship. The

Tour Championship does

not receive enough credit. It

is the pinnacle of golf. The

major championships get

all the glory, but these are

professional golfers and the

only true way to keep score

is, who wins the most money.
