Chlebowski’s proposal and in

April, 2016, the Chlebowski

family became the new

owners of the historic club.

The Chlebowski’s sought the

business skills of Dale and

Rachel Airhart to manage the

new endeavor. Rachel has

a proven track record with

over

30-years-experience

in the restaurant business.

Most recently, she was the

Proprietor and Franchise

owner of Carrabba’s Italian

Grill in Maumee. Rachel has

hired an experienced staff,

guidedby the expertiseof Chef

Marcel. This winning team

has tremendous knowledge to

compliment the creative new

menu Brandywine members

and guests will love.

The Airharts are breaking

with tradition and have also

created the

“CHAMPIONS

RESTAURANT.” It is OPEN to

the PUBLIC

and

a

vailable for

all to enjoy!

Private dining is still offered to

members upon request while

Golf, Pool, Fitness and Social

Amenities remain private.

The

Champions Restaurant

offers a “fine dining” menu

and a ‘Dress code’ is required.

The extensive restaurant menu

includes, Blackened Lamb

Chops, AHI Tuna, Mussels,

Scottish Egg, Cobb Salad,

Open Faced Sandwiches,

Lake

Perch,

Scallops,

Salmon, Chlebowski Stuffed

Chicken and a Belgium

Waffle Extreme layered with

ice cream, chocolate and

caramel sauce, topped with

whipped cream.

The19th

Hole Lounge

offers creative

libations and is a comfortable

place to just hang out.

The Sunday Brunch from 10:00

AM to 2:00 PM is not to be

missed. With various offerings,

including Prime Rib, Pancakes,

Personalized Omelets and

Crepes made to order with your

choice of added delicacies. A

Dessert Bar, aswell as,Mimosas

and Bloody Mary’s complete

the feast and will leave you fully

satisfied.

Dale will assume the role of

DirectorofGolfatBrandywine.

He began playing golf in

the Texas winds of College

Station. The campus course

at A&M University offered

tremendous student discounts

and Dale played as much

golf as he could. Through

hard work and dedication,

Dale soon became a low

handicapper. He played on

several mini-circuits and

attempted Monday qualifiers

for PGA Tour events.

“It’s tough to play at that

level consistently but at least

I can say I tried” Dale told

us, “It’s true what they say…

These guys are good!”

To remain a competitive golf

course, Brandywine’s new

owners hired Superintendant

Martin Gaster and together

they have overseen the

construction and re-design

converting

Brandywine’s

Executive nine-hole course

into seven championship

holes. Two holes were

eliminated, plus tee boxes
