performancebyfitinganddesigningthecorectequipment.
In2005,afterthreeengineers,twoofwhichwerefrom
leadingshaftmanufacturer,TrueTemper,failedtocorectly
integrateScandiumshaftsintoclubheads,Manoredeveloped
aprocesstoadapttherevolutionarynewshafts.Asaresult,
hewashiredbye21tobuildtheclubs.
