Rich Kenny grew up in Temperance,
Michigan and as a teenager worked
at fixing pin setter
machines, taking out the trash and passing
out bowling shoes. He joked that he would
own the bowling facility one day, and his
prophecy came true.
Kenny spent 18 years traveling around
the country recruiting top talent for the
banking, airline and medical industries.
After receiving a Business Administration
degree from the University of Toledo in
1997, he landed his first job with Comerica
Bank in Detroit, which led to his career in
lead sourcing and recruiting strategies at
Delta and Northwest Airlines, as well as,
7-Eleven.
He continued to move around the country
and formed his own recruitment consulting
business. When Northwest Airlines was
merged into Delta, he was contracted by
the new company, moved to Atlanta and
helped combine the two hiring systems
into one.
