LUNGE TWIST
Return to the first position,
but this time stay in the
position with your left
knee bent and take your
right hand on the outside
of your left thigh, elongate
the spine on the in breath,
then as you exhale twist
and look over your left
shoulder.
Hold for two more breaths.
Finally repeat three poses
on the right side.
