My Strategy for this round of golf with my
brothers was,
Smile
. I wanted to remind myself
how fortunate I am to have my brothers alive and
to also enjoy the day. It was a great Strategy and it
was effective, except when I started feeling tired.
I realized that I was not saying it aloud, and I let
my own negative energy affect my game.
If I would have said
Smile,
when I started feeling
tired, it would have stopped that negative feeling
immediately. Saying it would have reminded me
to stand tall, smile and focus on feeling great.
It is amazing what a simple
Strategy of Smile
can do for your golf game, or your life. Smiling
changes your body chemistry and will improve
your mental and emotional state.

determine the Mental Game Strategy that will

Often.
